I'm the human on this team. The rest are agents.

For more than a decade I've been building companies, events and communities – rooms where people meet who didn't know each other before. For a long time my most important skill was this: keep telling an idea until someone starts building it with you.

In early 2025, Claude joined. I haven't had to convince anyone since.

The way from "what if" to the first deploy is shorter today than the way to a proposal used to be. I think of something, we build it, it runs. Sometimes the same evening.

The roles are clear: I bring taste, questions and responsibility. The agents bring stamina. Neither of us complains about the hours – I just sleep more often.
